Early Voting

Georgia Early Voters broke a record in the turnout on Saturday, October 22, 2022. By Sunday morning, October 23rd, there were approximately 740,000 ballots casted in Early Voting. The mid-term early voting in the 2018 election had record turnouts in the Presidential election. In this current mid-term turnout, the record shattered that turnout by 50% or more for every day of early voting within this past week. (sos.ga.gov, 2022)

If you are in need of deciding how to choose your candidates, there are websites that you can go to, to look-up the candidate and see bio's and one such site is www.ballotpedia.org. Please do your part and vote whether it be early or on election day, November 8, 2022. It is a right that should never be negated, as it is a very important tool in keeping our democracy!
