A good night's sleep has so many more benefits than just to prevent you from feeling tired. Your immune system can get a great boost, as well as your memory. Sleep can help to strengthen your heart, increase your exercise performance and your productivity. If you are trying to improve the amount of time that you get rest, you may need to improve your before-bed, routine. Do something an hour before the time that you have specified as your bed-time; shut down your blue screens, take a warm bath, read a book, do your journaling, etc. The bright light from digital screens, can wake or keep you awake.
